Responsibilities:

1. Take full charge of the sales management of the company's products in China;

2. Responsible for the development of domestic market and team building;

3. Grasp the market trends in real time and establish information network;

4. Lead sales team to complete sales task;

5. Organize sales personnel business training, assist general manager to assess sales personnel performance, and timely adjust or expand sales team.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, 30 years old or above, major in chemical engineering is preferred, more than five years of sales and management experience in fine chemical products in a row, male and female are not limited;

2. Familiar with related products, rich operation experience and original opinions on the marketing management mode of chemical trade field;

3. It has the ability of keen market perception, grasping market dynamics and market direction, and has the unique ability of analyzing and judging market information;

4. Excellent marketing planning, market development and overall control ability;

5. Rich industry and social resources, strong sense of responsibility and career, dare to accept challenges;

6. With strong executive ability, high team spirit, professionalism and management experience, strong ability to guide and train subordinates.
