Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with the financial system, accounting system and relevant laws and regulations. Comply with the charging system, range and standard, and ensure that the special funds are used exclusively

2. Prepare and strictly implement the department budget, and put forward suggestions and measures for the problems found in the implementation

3. Formulate, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and formulate annual and quarterly financial plans

4. Responsible for preparing and organizing the implementation of financial budget report, monthly, quarterly and annual financial report

5. Be responsible for the overall fund allocation, cost accounting, accounting and analysis of the company

6. Be responsible for the management of funds and assets

7. Monitor major economic activities that may cause economic losses to the company

8. Manage the relationship with banks and other institutions and participate in the investment management of the company

9. Coordinate the economic relationship between the company and national finance, competent department and tax department, and make tax planning

10. Complete other daily tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in accounting and finance, more than 3 years of working experience in financial accounting position

2. Proficient in accounting knowledge and skills, financial management and legal knowledge

3. Have strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, innovation ability, public relations ability, rapid response ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, work planning and implementation ability

4. Good affinity, initiative, meticulous and rigorous, with service and innovation awareness, strong team awareness

5. Proficient in financial software and office software.
